"We used CATO for some repairs and additions to one of our WACO Title Closing on the Go vans. They easy to work with and provided excellent and FAST service. Would highly recommend to anyone!"
"talked before we met. Had everything ready to look at for purchase, answered any questions we had, gave me a good feeling of their knowledge for the product and what we needed."
"Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are well within reason. I'll definitely be back!"
"Central Arkansas Truck Outfitters were so great to work with. They answered all my questions, and helped me choose the perfect floor mats, cargo mat and window vents for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. While there I found out they can retrofit older cars with rear facing cameras and blind spot detectors too! They can even do truck bed drawers, which is really neat. You will be treated well and with honesty and integrity at CATO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
"Buyer beware The quality of work is lacking here. I purchased a bed for my 1 ton truck and the install was horrible. The bed was ordered incorrectly with the runners being for a cab and chassis instead of a standard truck. The shop called and had me come pick up the vehicle. The shop cut the runners and welded 4 standoffs in place and only 2 of the standoffs were touching the frame of my 1 ton truck. The standoffs were raw steal and unpainted, left to rust. They had not tightened any of the bolts attaching the bed to the frame of the truck. When I found this major safety issue and brought it back to them the next day only 2 of the bolts were in place with no nuts attached. It's amazing the bed did not come of the vehicle. They did not install the second 7 way in the bed of the truck that was originally part of the install. After it was installed, see pics, it is install fully exposed to weather. After 3 trips to correct these issues the install is still incorrect and I have to pay another shop to correct several issues that remain. See pics of the 7 way and the chopped runners."
