"My heat pump broke down just as the cold weather hit. Yates was able to provide a SEER16 unit and worked in sub-freezing temperatures to replace my old one. A few days later the snow storm of the decade hit Arkansas with sub-zero temperatures, and the new unit performed perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and the workmanship was top notch. The sheet metal flashing work they did between the unit and the house looks great. And there were no "surprises" on the final cost. I am very pleased with Yates Heating and Air."
