"Horrible experience ordering flooring! Order was messed up 3 times. A manager named Sadie was a lot of help the first mistake, but my order couldn’t be delivered, had to arrange to pick up, then they forgot to mention only 25 boxes instead of 26 were shipped. Ordered the other box & was supposed to be ready for pickup on March 20th, called for 3 days in a row with no way to get through. When arriving at the store to get the box, the entire box was damaged & busted open, the flooring was chipped on all corners. They couldn’t do anything to fix this mistake & had to refund me for the box & advised that I get the box from another store. Someone is coming to put the floor down tomorrow & here I am without all the material needed & have been working out kinks with this store for going on 3 weeks."

"Customer service staff is not adequate They must prepare kind and decent people. to help, I went to make a change and the woman who she was attending, she didn't let him explain or give no options, they have a staff that doesn't even Animals deserve that treatment. If it weren't because it is the only place nearby where they sell the tool that I needed, I wouldn't step foot in that store, not even the parking lot would stop me. Russellville AR"

"Wow ! Nicky and I think Haley must not work there no more. Purchased a freezer (900 bucks) 2 weeks ago, associate went back and verified it was there and they said they would deliver it Thursday. I call that Thursday and they told me it would be another week in a half and gave no reason why but we all know they sold a product I already paid for. Here it is 2 weeks later no freezer so I had to go down there because nobody will answer the phone but numerous employees piled up in the office with jokes and play time. The manager told me "sorry" never looked into my order or do anything so I canceled my order. Same thing happened 4 years ago and the manager Nicki made it right but this manager could care less. Another horrible Russellville business. Wow ! Lowes you are are horrible, going to home depot in Conway and give them my money."

"Can't say that my experiences have been bad, but they could have been better. We went to get electrical wire just to be told b an employee that they weren't able to cut the length we needed due to the cutter being down, the alternative was an almost $500 purchase of already precut wire. The employee told us we should try an electrical supply store. No problem sir! Leonard's Ace Hardware helped us with a smile and the bolt cutters they used cut the wires like butter. Guess I know where to go now! Definitely not Lowes!"
