"New CPAP user here. Do not go to this place for anything CPAP. It was a complete disaster for me. They did not fit me with a mask or supplies. Here is your CPAP machine, there's the door. So I go to another store for supplies, they can't help because the machine is under a 10 month rent to own system from Sanford. I can only buy supplies at Sanford. They put in an insurance claim for $3,000 for the machine which can be bought anywhere for around $1,000. Insurance company comes back and allows $1500 price over the 10 months rent to own. That is still $500 more than anywhere else to me. Returned machine and cancelled rental. Out one months rent, but at least I'm done with them. Wish I could go negative stars and push their rating to zero where it belongs. End of story, went to another store in town, got fitted for a proper mask, paid what I expected, CPAP now works as it should. Sanford took 5 weeks to get me the machine, new provider had it within 2 days of ordering. HMMM, 1.9 stars???"

"-0 RATING I can't believe they are in business. I've gotten the same supplies since 1995. They can never get my order right. When I call to find out why NO ONE knows why. If they don't have an answer they hang up on you. They are VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.I would Never recommend going to them. They go threw new staff like a revolving door. In 2019 I got a new wheelchair and they gave me the wrong cushion. Needless to say I ended up with a stage 4 pressure sore. I had to quit my job and was bedridden for almost 2 years and I had to have major surgery. No one would take the blame. So be warned"

"I have no idea why they are still in business. Someone is always going to call you back with the answer that they found out. 2 months went by, no call. I called to check on the issue. I have never been treated so rudely. The next day I was called, the lady apologized all over the place. Her apologies meant nothing. I would go elsewhere, I wish I would have."

"Zero stars. My Dr ordered me a scooter to be picked up from there. They Said they didn't have the although it had been sent twice. My Dr sent over RX again and my husband went back over there to pick it up and although they have RX now they will not release the scooter until they get my Dr's NPI# on the RX. The nurse from my Dr's office even called them today to make sure there wouldn't be any problems and they did not say anything to the nurse about missing info. My husband asked the lady at the desk to call over there and she wouldn't do it. This place is an absolute joke and the people working there are HORRIBLE and INEPT. IM NOT ABLE TO WALK AND I NEED THIS SCOOTER. It seems to me as if they think this is funny or something. If you have a choice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Also the supervisor at Sanford Equipment said the RX didn't matter and was not able to tell my husband what we need to get or do."

"My care at Sanford Equip is absolutely horrendous. I am baffled as to why it has been such a nightmare getting my supplies from them. They have been told, multiple times, that I cannot use silicone indwelling catheters. My doctor. The clinic nurse. My home nurse. Myself. We all explicitly state that I cannot use silicone catheters and can only use all latex ones. Yes, this means that the silicone coated latex ones aren’t useable for me! And yet, I receive unusable catheters in the mail. I need either a T Tap or a clasp for my drainage bags. I cannot use the twisty ones. We told them this. More than once. And what did I receive? A twist valve. That is difficult for me to use. Despite being told what I need, I didn’t get it. I continue to get drainage bags without straps and without tubing. Even with all the aforementioned people telling EQUIP I need those things. I do not receive them. Even the catheter change kit is wrong. I get sent 10cc catheters but 30cc kits. And the most recent one didn’t even have everything I needed in it. Trying to talk to someone is a joke. Not even my medical professionals can get a hold of people to talk to. Which results in frustration for all of us. It sometimes leads to be paying out of pocket instead of having insurance cover it, which is absolutely not acceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay for my covered health supplies due to incompetence. But no one can talk to who they need to talk to. Any time folks get anywhere close to talking to someone, we’re assured it won’t happen again. And it does. Time and time again. It’s ridiculous how tedious EQUIP can be to work with. 0/10. Do not suggest working with them."
