"While I have a hard time believing Julie's review. We've had a gaggle of troubles with our 3500 and yes at times it has spent the night. However, I feel like "if the problem was solved" for this other lady with a $12 hose that they obviously didn't go back and prove it. I will continue doing business here! I would not want to do business and not communicate effectively in person. It is obvious this woman had a fluke incident happen and chose not to work peacefully with management and blindly does not realize how one bad review can hurt a business! This is an unfair review she gave in my opinion as she never says "we made attempts to contact them and resolve the debt by proving our $12 fix." Which is suspicious to me given the level of expertise we have experienced and our bill was over $3000.00 We never complained. It was a fair price for an honest and good job."
