"At first there was a couple concerns on how things were handled at the beginning when I first met with Perez collision to get the initial estimate. When speaking to the gentleman during the walk around to get the estimate, I was trying to go over exactly where the damage was and when trying to ask questions, I kept hearing “we can gets out later”. once he was done taking pictures, he stated he’ll get the estimate wrote up and started walking off. I instantly told him you missed the tail light and the 3 dents above it. His response was “ Is that from the same damage”? I took it kinda offensive because I worked hard for this truck, and I had purchased it brand spanking new April 2023. I’m definitely not the type of person to damage my own vehicle on purpose to try to get insurance money. After a week or so decided to go through them because their reviews are amazing with getting the vehicle repaired the right way. During the process of getting it fixed, I stopped by due to some issues with the loaner vehicle which they were amazing with, but while inspecting the truck noticed scratches that were not there prior to bringing it in. Gentleman stated it was not from them. It was there prior, but there was no scratches on the pictures that was taken during the estimate except for two that were already marked on the paperwork. Gentleman made me feel like he was upset by slamming his fingers into the keyboard when pulling up pictures to show that they were there when they were not in the pictures or on the paperwork that stated there was only two one on the bumper and right above it. This is why I’m glad there was an inspection done on the vehicle prior to being fixed so when these scratches randomly appeared, we can go based off that paperwork. When he called to let me know the truck was done. I immediately went up there and inspected the truck and they did a phenomenal job. It’s just as perfect as the day I drove off the lot. The two scratches were still there, but the other gentleman instantly took the truck back into the shop. Fix scratches brought it back out and you could never even tell that they were there. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but his customer service was amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend Perez Collision for your body repair needs. Their reviews do not lie when everyone said they will make your vehicle look brand new. I think the customer service with the main gentleman could have been a lot better. I feel like I was treated differently because I wasn’t all dressed up and presentable, but I also have two little kids running around and a family to take care of but that doesn’t mean to treat me any difference because I work hard for everything I have. Don’t be so quick to judge a book by its cover because then you will lose some pretty good customers. Either way, thank you again Perez collision for making my truck look amazing again."
