"I called to check on a part (fuse) for a dryer. I was told it was in stock, I asked if he needed a part number to make sure, Justin said it was ok that he had the fuse. I drive 20 min to get it, come to find out he didn’t have it. He said he’d have to order it and it will be 2 days. I didn’t order on amazon ($12 cheaper) because I was already here. 2 days later I drive all the way back and they got me the wrong part. I asked for my money back and they needed my card which i left at home. I told the lady there about my experience and she was unsympathetic and acted defensive towards the situation like it was my fault. Now I have to drive back and forth for a 3rd time. Almost 2 hours of driving for no reason"
