"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Emily King had promised they could customize the trailer however I wanted. After the paper work is signed, I am notified that they can’t customize the way I wanted because it will void warranty. So after that, I kindly asked if we can cancel the contract, she said yes and I never heard from them again. That was October 4th. Come to find out they pushed the application through and I am notified from my credit monitoring agency that a new account was added. No one ever called me back to tell me they couldn’t cancel the contract or even try to resolve this issue. So apparently I’ve been owning a trailer for a month it’s nov 3rd now. No one thought to call me and notify me to come pick up this trailer. I’m honestly an understanding person and try to be patient with people. But absolutely not with these folks. Take your business somewhere else and don’t listen to the empty promises."

"I'm currently buying trailer from this place and the trailer is a joke from bolts being missing and the ramps on it u have to push the springs back into part place every time u use it.the shock for the lid broke when I first opened it when I got home I have had it over a year and just finally got the paperwork to get it tagged what a joke so have plenty of penalties to pay for.they quick to get u a trailer but the quality sucks.i need to buy another trailer but will definitely be going to a different company. Been debating on returning this one that I've only used a couple times and just buy to from somewhere else."
