"Service guy was nice but man it took forever to balance and rotate my 2023 gmc Denali 3500 hd dually. Whats worse when they backed it out they had put the chrome wheels in the inside and the back sides outward. I was embarrassed for them. Not only did it take over 45 min but they had no clue what they were doing. I was en rout to Tulsa and apparently the balance is off as well as they truck/tires have never shook before and it definitely had a balance shake at certain speeds. It’s shameful how bad the work was because like I said service writer was polite and professional."
