"It's always hit or miss on speed of service here. Some days it's super fast and others it's super slow. I've hit the drive thru when there was 1 car ahead of me and it took 25 mins. Other times there 5 cars and it takes 15 mins for all of us to get through. My hot chocolate is always HOT and sooo good!"
