"Wouldn’t recommend. Made an appointment for window tint on a brand new 2021 Subaru for 9 am. They didn’t finish until 3. When I dropped off my car, I gave specific instructions for tint in the front, and then for them to put lighter tint over the factory tint in the back to match the front. When my husband dropped the car off to me, I noticed it looked darker in the back. I called to inquire, and they put 5% all around. I told the lady I spoke too on the phone that I told the guy that I left the car keys with what I wanted. If this guy didn’t pass that info along, he definitely doesn’t need to be working up front with the customers. Now I’ve discovered that they damaged the paint on the inside, by the window. It’s a big noticeable scrap on the paint. I bought this car brand new, less than a week ago, only had 4 miles on it, so I know that damage wasn’t there. I’m going to have to take my car car elsewhere, to have it stripped and re-tinted how I wanted it, for fear they will damage the paint more if I take it back to them to get it fixed."
