Anytime purchasing a vehicle from out of state, it can be difficult, take an exorbitant amount of extra time or just overall be a complete nightmare. This was NOT the case. This vehicle purchase was a surprise gift for my wife, so there was the added pressure of “wanting it to be perfect and without issues” and this dealership delivered on that 100%! This was our first BMW (I’m an Audi and Porsche guy) and it certainly will not be our last. My wife absolutely loves her 2022 X3 M Comp and when we’re ready to get our next BMW, you already know I’ll be reaching out to Francisco first to see if he has what we want or if he can at least get it."

I was give a shuttle to and from my home and the car was done quicker than I expected. The drivers were so nice. I was never pressured into paying for other services.
