"My wife hit a pothole in her 2018 Honda Accord. We have had to return this car back to the shop technically 7 times and it has spent over 3 months. They cannot figure out how to fix this car. Now insurance is claiming the problem is on the other side of the car. Typical scum bag insurance company progressive doesn't want to take liability for the damages so we have to shell out even more money. This has been a nightmare. I, her husband have lost thousands of dollars in lost wages having to drive her around. Because get this, this shop never provided us a rental car even though they made countless mistakes, and still never fixed the car. Steer clear of this shop. They have forced us to get a lawyer. This nightmare never ends."
