My 2016 Honda Pilot is in excellent condition with 140,000 miles. I was having a sensor problem and I wanted it checked. I will never buy a vehicle from him and I will tell everyone I know his policy. This is bad customer service!"

"Hello to anyone reading this. You might wonder why such a low review. We have had issues in the past with Honda scuffing rims and not fixing it, saying they can't fix my car and giving me a 1000 dollar bill and more. But after all that, I still wasn't upset as I am today. I drove my Honda pilot today, came back home, and shut it off, and now a fan or something very loud is going off in the engine and won't shut off. We tried calling Honda for help asking if we need to take a relay switch out and maybe unplug the battery. All they responded was, " we would have to have your car in, but we can't today we are booked," so right now I just have a car that won't fully shut off that I have only ever taken to Honda and they won't help me."
