"I rent from National on a weekly basis, about 75 rentals a year. It is rare, if ever, that I run into an issue. The automobiles are always clean upon arrival, and the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable on their policies, and expedient in their processes when exiting the facility. I highly recommended this company if you are a business traveler, or even traveling for pleasure."

"I rent National cars often and have for years so I am pleased with the service with the exception of Northwest Arkansas airport (XNA). The main issue I believe is an airport issue as there is not a gate on the rental car lot. As a result, Emerald Aisle is not available and therefore must go to the counter. Here is where I have the issue with National. The counter is not staffed properly when flights land. The last 3 times at XNA the National line was at least 15 people deep with 1 person working at the counter and a 2nd person arriving after some period of time. In addition 2 out of the last 3 times at XNA, I had to wait for a car to be available. At most airports what takes minutes to get a car and leave the airport can take 30 minutes at XNA."

"Great experience. No line when I arrived. Friendly and fast service at the counter. They let me choose from a selection of available vehicles. The Mazda I chose was in great shape and ran well. Would have been nice if the Nav system was activated, but you can’t have everything. Pickup and drop off were a breeze."
