"Kevin at this location was highly unprofessional. We arrived here after finding out a different location was out of the oil type we need. They didn’t ask what we needed or which oil change we wanted. I finally interrupted them under my hood to let them know what type I wanted and he said we can’t do that. I explained I have always ran full synthetic on my vehicle and even pulled my receipts to show him. He said well who ever did that doesn’t work here anymore. Very rude and didn’t receive the services I wanted. Will not be back."
