"This store has horrible customer service and returns service. Was given the wrong parts three times, then I had to go to return them twice. The first time I was treated like an idiot and told there was nothing to be done. Finally after waiting 45 minutes the assistant manager agreed to give our money back to us. The error was due to a classic mispick, however instead of accepting responsibility and making it right they tried to explain it away."
"Just stop by AutoZone in Springdale off of Robinson Avenue. Came in to do a diagnostic and Chris was very polite, accommodating, and gave me the information that I needed. I called the dealership before coming to AutoZone and they were not as accommodating and customer support oriented as Chris was to me this morning.
