"If I could give 0 stars I would. When I trained at the Huntsville road location, I loved it. Then I came to Farmington location, and it was the worst experience. Tina is a rude manager, who talks down on her employees, and makes comments about her employees to customers. I made a mistake that was very reversible one day and she told a customer “I’m just upset I can’t choose who I hire”. Thinking I couldn’t hear her. It wasn’t the only time this happened either. Would not recommend anyone to work here."

"I go in most mornings for coffee, it never fails the staff are friendly, food is good, & the store is clean. This store has the most friendly staff who always make you feel welcome when you come in!"

"This store is a joke. Found MOLD in my burrito, can you say disgusting? The only time I've gotten quality food is when I order pizza on Thursday nights. I also overheard the Kitchen Manager degrading one of the kitchen staff, very loudly and passive aggressively. As an added bonus, I watched the same kitchen manager change the dates on an out of date burrito mix. So if you want moldy burritos definitely stop at this store. When I checked out the Store Manager was also degrading staff members, and was very rude! This store is an absolute joke. Someone needs to bring this to a higher ups attention."

"I was coming in everyday for biscuits and gravy.. Here lately whoever is making them is NOT putting hardly any gravy!!! For $7 you should not get just a biscuit!! I was spending almost $200 a month on these. Won't be coming in store anymore. How simple is it to put gravy on a biscuit!!"
