"Front counter gentleman very nice. Back of house ladies. No sense of urgency. Lolligagging watched them eat fries while bagging mine talking. While I sit and wait over 15 .minutes for a couple burgers. Ridiculous. I will not be back"

"I'm pretty lax on restaurants and understand staffing is hard right now. But this plant has really gone downhill. Place is usually dirty. The last time the entire place had a bad smell when we walked in. Went to the bathroom and discovered the toilet had been overflowing when I walked in. Told the kid at the front and he just said he knows and went on to stand around. Usually the employees don't seem to know what they are doing and difficult to talk to."

"Usually I don’t write reviews, but this was an awful experience. Ordered a mini blizzard, strawberry sundae, and a large fry. The blizzard and sundae were out quickly but I waited 15 minutes for the fries, only for them to come out barely warm. Plus the lobby was dirty, tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor, and a large puddle by the drink fountain. Employees were nice though."

"I'm actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I'm happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had been open since 8 am. I don't know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared to women, but I'll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all the time. I'm greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn't any different. I'm not sure on the ownership but kudos to your & hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered this morning They are an A-1 top notch crew!!"
