"I was met at the service door by a service tech. He asked me a few questions about my vehicle and what I needed. His responses were mostly an annoying “sweet “ ! After they started on the oil change, it was discovered I needed an air filter change. The tech said they could change it for me. I asked if they had one available. The answer was, yes we have one. After 30 minutes or more of waiting, I was informed they did not have one and they went to get one. After more waiting, I asked they just put the old one back in. They told me they tried to match the filter from a previous vehicle that I owned. They referenced my license plate instead of looking at the filter to identify the type needed. After even more waiting I went out to my vehicle and an inexperienced tech was struggling to reinstall the filter. He was using an oversized screwdriver to install the filter. I was about to ask him to step back and I will install it. Update: The owner contacted me about the bad experience I reported. He made no excuses and assured me that he would correct the problem. He mailed me a complimentary oil change coupon. I appreciate him reaching out to me."

"Went in for an oil change and to check if my car was good for an upcoming roadtrip. They were pretty busy but still took the time to look over a few things. Got a punch card as well! Super friendly staff, would 100% recommend and found my new to go place!"

"As a single female, when I get work done on my car I am extra cautious about where I go for maintenance and this will be the only place I take my car to. The employees here are kind and go out of their way above and beyond to get your car problem fixed while being upfront and honest about the costs involved. I even called just to ask about estimates provided by another mechanic shop and was given answers to every question I had and actually listened to by Joe. Could not recommend more especially if you are worried about taking your car in and need a place you can trust."
