"Bought a set of tires waited 6 hours for installation. I had multiple issues with the work done including my center caps flew off the first time I drove it. I took it back 4 times to try to get the issues resolved. The last time I had an appointment but they took other work in ahead of me. I called the corporate complaint line and was told a manager would contact me but no one ever did. The only thing they did right was reimburse me for new center caps but I had to install them myself. The service and attitude of the people was terrible. In fact, this event was the first time in my 60 years of life that I have ever called a complaint line or given a negative Google review. IT WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!! If there was a way to give a negative 5 stars, I would. Take my word for it, go somewhere else."
