Sean (apologies if you spell your name a different way) is great gentleman who has a passion for sharing some of the food that he grew up with in NOLA. We had a great conversation with him about Gulf Coast food and local spots that could offer up other authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine. We look forward to your future food projects.
