"This place has an indoor play area. Food is common quality McDonald's, nothing to write home about but still good. The Play place bathroom has had a broken soap dispenser for over 2 months. I have mentioned it to employees numerous times and it has yet to be fixed."

"Ordered a number 3 and order was put in as just the dbl qrt pounder not the meal. Went up to the window I asked is it the meal or just the burger. Just the burger they said well let’s make it a meal and why not make it a large. I go up to the window and I’m handed a medium drink. I say I paid for a large combo she shows me the receipt and say you paid for a large fry and medium drink and shuts the window. If I was anyone else I’d be losing my cool and this medium drink would be elsewhere but it is what it is."

"I almost never have an issue with the drive thru- BUT my problem is when I'm utilizing the playplace with my child. The family bathroom that's in the playplace is out of soap every time I use it- my issue is that I'm changing my child's diaper in there, almost never a bag in the trash can, and then I can't wash my hands. Reading the other reviews I can tell I'm not the only one who is disappointed in the upkeep of the playplace and family bathroom."

"It’s fantastic that they are an equal Opportunity work place. However, there needs to be shift leads or other associates readily available help and oversee the associates that are not capable of providing adequate service, working front registers, and making sure orders are correct. Every family inside the restaurant had issues with their orders missing items and drinks. The girl was really sweet but wasn’t capable of working the register. Bless her heart. She gave both people in front of us the incorrect change. She was also the same associate who left out multiple items In our order as well as forgetting items in 10 other families orders that were in the play place. The trash was overflowing so much that ppl had piled there trash on the floor next to the trash can. The play place bathrooms had urine and toilet paper on the floor. We were there for 2 hours tonight and not one time did an associate take out the trash or check the bathrooms. The napkins were in stacks, laying on the front counter instead of stocking the napkin holder. All the empty table in the play place were dirty and had food and trash. This location is very unsanitary. The food was made correctly and was very fast. This location just Needs assistance in the night crew and better trained supervisors/shift leads."
