"I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the staff at Discount Auto (Siloam Springs). Unfortunately I had a financial problem that caused me to be unable to make my scheduled payment on my vehicle and I was greatly concerned about my account being behind with no ideal on how to rectify this problem or catch up the payment. I went in and talked to the accounts manager and explained the situation to him. He visited with Tia the General manager and they came back to talk to me about a plan to rectify the situation. They really were genuinely were ready to help with working with me to get it resolved. They offered me a plan that helped me resolve the situation at hand and even lowered my payment for a few month to insure it would not fall behind. It was a pleasant exchange and a big weight lifted and I am so grateful for the help and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were to me and my family and had a genuine helpful concern in working with me and they didn't load me down financially this making future payments difficult financially. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good vehicle and would add that if financial problems arise that you just go in and talk to them because they seem to go out of their way to help get the situation resolved without making things even more difficult financially. Thank you to the staff that helped me resolve this situation. It was truly a pleasant experience and a great help to me and my family."
