"Placed my order on the kiosk. Food came out promptly with no problems. Even when I forgot to put cheese on my son's burger they were very polite and helpful to add the cheese. Very thankful for the service we received!"

"Haven’t eaten in a McDonalds in years. This location made me remember why. Ordered breakfast. Took 18 minutes to get our food. They said they had to wait on coffee. All food including the coffee was like warm. Great job. It will be many more years before I forget how bad McDonalds is…"

"Customers had to order at one of the kiosks. The one I tried told me that the card reader was not working and that I should take my report to the counter and pay there. The person at the counter was rude and told me that I needed to pay at the kiosk. When I explained that the kiosk told me to pay at the counter, she said that's because you didn't select pay at kiosk (which I did). This "server" looked up something on the register and walked off. Then she yelled back at me to swipe my card on the machine like I was supposed to read her mind. I'm not expecting top-notch service at McDonald's but I would expect a basic level of decency. Very disappointing experience."

"Complaining about a line cause they are busy is insane. Even leaving a bad review cause they short staff is wrong to me. But this is nasty. ITS SO OBVIOUSLY THEY TOOK OLD NUGGETS AND DROPPED THEM AGAIN. The grease. All 20 nuggets was like this. To the manager I hope you don't get blame you obviously ain't opening up nugget boxes going out and checking them but to who ever did this just let them go. if you wouldn't PAY and EAT it then don't do it or serve it to someone."
