Captain D's

"Walked in to order and immediately noticed the staff yelling at one another about orders. We got our food after about 10-15 minutes. The shrimp was cold and the fish was not the best I have had at Captain D's. The atmosphere and the food are the things that will keep us from returning. Not sure of the store number, but this is the location on Military Road in Benton, AR."

"The lady up front was as cordial as could be given her situation I felt like. I could never understand why so many Captain D's were going out of business ( I really miss ours!), but I can't understand why this one hasn't. The food was gag worthy, like I was literally gagging. I think the oil was rancid and they were using a lot of it. The "whitefish" I'm pretty sure was catfish, which tastes horrible grilled. They traded me for another shrimp skewer instead The shrimp was tolerable, but way too oily. The broccoli was actually good but I think it was cooked elsewhere. The two cooks were vile, cussing, laughing, slip n sliding in the kitchen. One even laughed about dropping food on the floor, but it sounded like she picked it back up!! I was just disgusted. And I wasn't the only one, my friend's fried fish was horrible and another table took hers back up to replace, too, because it smelled so bad!! Highly do NOT recommend."

"I don’t know why I keep coming to this location! You hit the drive through and they can’t hit the window time so they park you every single time! The prices get higher and higher, the portions get smaller. The customer service is terrible! I wish there was a Long Jon Silver or another option in our town. You definitely need the competition to force this store to “Get Right”!"

"1:17pm Saturday August 19th, 2023. I was left waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes by the rudest cashier "Cynthia." I had to go inside after 15 minutes to get my food. I paid over $35 for a 10 piece family pack, with over $3 for a family side upgrade to okra, and all we got was a single side of okra. Also only received ONE cup of tartar sauce for A 10 PIECE FAMILY MEAL..... All thanks to the great "Cynthia." I was then hung up on by the staff, probably this same "Cynthia," after trying to get this corrected or get my money back. Will not be back. Do not go here if you want good food, good service or a good experience at all. Will be contacting the corporate office over this as well."

"We were given fish covered in old burnt fish batter crumbs because they don’t clean out their fryers! Absolutely disgusting! When I called the restaurant the phone had a busy dial tone. Even the next day I couldn’t get a hold of anyone! Won’t be going back here!!! They should be ashamed to serve food like that!!!"
