"Seriously just about every time we order it’s an hr or more before we receive it then it’s cold. Ordered our pizza online at 6:30, it’s now 7:42 I called and they said “it’s coming out now” it took an hr 1hr cook pizza? Then dude blamed it on short drivers, sounds more like to me the cooks but whatever. This is exactly why the last one didn’t last."

"I absolutely love Pizza Hut in Malvern. It has reopened and I have received nothing but good service since they opened well almost , The food has been awesome up until tonight. I have never been treated so so disrespectfully by customer service. I just don’t know where to begin I’m so hurt about the treatment and what’s so so sad is that The manager allowed this disrespect to go on. I called back because I had picked up a poorly made pizza, it was not cooked completely. Now let me say this I was not the angry customer you would think after getting a bad pizza NO! I called three different times. The first time I called and got someone on their hotline. I had to call and file a complaint about that person. Then when I finally got someone in the Malvern pizza , where I got my pizza I was talking explaining then I hear nothing , I’m like hello, Hello, hello is anyone there. Then the manager gets on the phone , I explain she puts me on hold, I’m waiting 15 minutes goes by I hang up wait call back, got the same rude young lady that does not know how to communicate effectively. I’m explaining again then can you believe I say hello hello hello then she gets back on the phone and say” what did you say”? Wow! What did I say? This young lady is in Lala land I asked her did she not understand that when someone calls and you start to hold a conversation and you’re the customer they are supposed to listen. Duh! What is wrong with you people? This young lady told me that I did not have to talk to her like that and she hung the phone up in my face. I called back and the manager answered with an attitude she just as rude as the worker that is so nasty. I asked for the owner she said her name is Trina. She goes on to say I can’t give you her cellphone numbers something that I did not ask for I asked for a way to let the owner know that she has some immature rude people working in her restaurant. These people need skills and needs to be taught how to treat people. I’m someone mother and deserves respect. I have children their ages that does not appreciate their mother being disrespected because of a pizza but mine were raised to show respect. I got good service until tonight. So sorry this happened but this is not acceptable . Pull your audio if you can and listen to the worker that hung up in my face. Poor customer service, food not cooked well tonight. Train them giving good customer service. In my experience as a former career coach they need a lot of training. I also posted a picture of the large poorly uncooked pizza I received tonight. I have not been back and will not go back, I told everyone I could about my experience."

"Great pizza and bread sticks. Excellent service and staff. Delivery was on time and food was hot and delicious. I made an error when ordering and they made what I thought I ordered and delivered it! Now that’s excellent service!"

"Ordered online, used the drive thru, had to back up and hit the bell twice for one of the five employees to notice me. Pizza was ok, but a little undercooked for a stuffed crust. I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, and try again, maybe they'll get the bugs worked out before then."

"Honestly ain’t impressed. I know it’s “just” Pizza Hut. But the only thing that was worth eating was the chicken bites. Everything just tasted plain. And I don’t remember Pizza Hut just being plain. Delivery was on time. Marinara sauce cups were half full. My tastebuds are bored."
