"Dr Whatcott has had his license suspended again and has sold the practice. The new owner is a Family Practioner and is unethical, dishonest, and not qualified to run a pain practice. He filled my pain pump on 3/13 and looked me in the eye told me nice to meet me and then sent a letter discharging me the next week even though he had set an appointment to fill my pump on 4/10. Neither Dr had the guts to meet me and explain. Luckily I read his previous reviews and saw he was a dishonest practioner so I downloaded my records before my dismissal. There were no negative comments in 36 pages of records. None. I have experienced in in hospital cardiac arrest and had triple bypass both in the last 18 months and when I pointed out their approach would cause my pump to die they said I could have my pump drastically lowered and they’d provide suboxone for withdrawal. Suboxone with an opiate pump would cause immediate withdrawal with every dose. I also have congestive heart failure. If a dr were trying to kill someone this would be an efficient way. They told patients a popular NP less than 6 months ago asking for sexual favors for opiate according to their lead MA. They tried to destroy Brandon’s reputation to save Whatcott.When this was really just Whatcott getting in trouble again. He can’t prescribe more than 55 mme for 6 months and then can’t prescribe at all. I don’t know how this impacts pump patient who don’t use oral opiates but their treatment of me indicates that they will jettison everyone in the same dishonest and cowardly ways. I implore every patient to download their health record because they will lock you out before sending you an unwarranted discharge. Protect yourself by doing this as I did as they will attempt to change them after they lock you out so the new cowardly Dr can attempt to justify abandoning patients. Finally when this happens to all patients reach out to others so the suit can be a class action naming both docs and the practice.i am easy to find on Twitter. This place is a disaster and will be owned by any numbers of patients very soon"

"I have been going here for about 3 years and up until last month I was very satisfied. I have even recommended several people. But now that one of the doctors screwed up I guess that the patient pays for it. The doctor put me back on what I was taking before which is 10mg from 15mg which was working. They know that they have you in a bind because it is so hard getting a new pain management Dr. And to top it all off the doctor lied to me saying he was cutting everyone back but he didn't. Needless to say I will not recommend another person and I'm looking for another doctor. (I guess only good reviews get a response since I haven't gotten one)"

"It was great at first. Over time I felt like I wasn't being heard I was completely honest with my Dr and apparently u shouldn't be because I was penalized for it! The lady's at the reception desk are AMAZING and super nice. My Dr didn't listen to me and blew me off at most appointments."

"Amazing staff, super nice and great to chat with! We are actually seen at our appointment time! I feel very heard when it comes to my pain and what I'm feeling. It's a very nice facility, staff and experience. They are wheelchair accessible and the handicap buttons actually actually work! The only thing that is wrong is the parking lot. This parking lot is EXTREMELY small and is hardly wheelchair accessible. There are only 2 handicap spots and they are hard to get into."
