"Terrible patient/customer service at front desk. The doctors office financial consultant had confirmed our deductible had been met for the year. Upon arrival to the surgery center we were told they needed to collect our deductible. When I tried to explain it had been confirmed we had met it she refused to discuss it with me. I requested to speak to her superior and she refused. I am still in complete shock at the behavior of the 2 ladies at the front desk. Unbeievably rude. Needless to say we left and will never go back."

"Posting this for a friend because they don’t want to cause issues, but the receptionist could use a little additional training on soft skills and greeting the people that come in. My friend and their mother came in and the receptionist didn’t even greet them, just asked for their name. I understand this probably doesn’t happen often at all based on reviews I’ve seen, but there’s always room for improvement."
