"I had a teladoc vdeo sheduled with Dr Lawlis. I made the appointment last week because I have really been having a hard time this holiday season. I wanted to schedule with a psychiatrist that I had seen before about changing my anti depressant. I saw him years ago at The Rice Clinic, and he was great. I really wished that I had looked more closely at some of his reviews. My video call was confirmed 10 minutes before my appointment, and I took the survey like I was asked. 1 min before my appointment, he cancelled for no reason. Now I don't have a chance to talk to anyone this week. I will not be using him again. Pay attention to his bad reviews!!!! This was uncalled for. I also don't have insurance coverage for mental health, so I was paying out of pocket for this appointment!!!"

"Dr. Lawlis was amazing at first. Really listened to me and made sure my meds were working for me. Slowly but surely he backed away. Changed our Teladoc appointments from video to phone, which isn’t a super big deal, but I personally want to see the face of my doctor so I can tell if they actually care or are listening. Would be late to appointments a few times, no biggie, it happens. Then it turned to cancelling my appointments even AFTER the appointment time passed and cancelled all my future appointments. Basically, what I’m getting at is if you want someone who actually cares about you and doesn’t ghost you when you have meds that need to be refilled. Dr. Lawlis I hope you read this (you probably won’t) and see how much ghosting a client is not only SUPER unprofessional coming from a man with 10+ years experience, but super damaging to your clients. I was extremely suicidal after you made me go cold turkey on a medicine and when I tried to schedule an appointment for it, you just didn’t respond. Get out of this field because it’s very clear you don’t care about your patients. Maybe if you actually listened to your clients instead of praying for them you would have better reviews across the board. Seriously, if you care about your mental health, don’t go to this guy because he sure doesn’t."

"DO NOT GO TO HIM! If you're scheduling via Teladoc, don't do it. I just waited 40 minutes for nobody to show up. I even obliged to his date and time after giving multiple recommendations for dates and times. Listen to these Google reviews and STAY AWAY FROM DR. CHRISTOPHER LAWLIS."

"HORRIBLE DOCTOR. WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND TIME AGAIN WITH NO NOTICE AND NO REASONING. HE HAS CANCELED ON ME THREE TIMES, NO EXPLANATION, AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS WITH ZERO REFILLS ON MY MEDICATIONS THAT I DESPERATELY NEED, LEAVING ME IN WITHDRAWAL FROM MY MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATION FOR TWO WEEKS.
