"I've been trying to call to reschedule for 2 days, waiting one hrs each time with no answer. Inclimate weather policy- snow days can not be considered as a missed appt. They should have one person calling scheduled patients for snow cancelations"

"If you’re needing medication help this is not the place to go to. i had my first visit way back in march. still have yet to see the med doctor who apparently is only there certain days out of the month. the first time they scheduled me for may 25th 2 whole months away, then they call and say he wont be there that day and tried to switch the appointment to june. No need to talk to the clinic coordinator as she will act as if your complaint is nothing but an inconvenience to her, she set up an appointment with the apn which was no help because they are not allowed to prescribe certain meds so dont let the clinic coordinator trick you into wasting your time. the receptionists are rude. the only reason for the 2 stars is cause the therapist is ok. If you’re in need of help dont waste your time here, they dont care and will schedule multiple appointments with everybody except the actual dr just to charge your insurance. Just go somewhere else"

"I was really happy with this place and it's care for my son, who has been coming here for years. But today we got a letter letting us know that since his counselor resigned we have a week to find a new place and only 1 medication refill to do so. Any clients who have been using this place only recently get to stay because their counselor didn't resign and clients who have been here for 1+ years get booted. So shameful and disgusting, in my opinion. You need a better system, like shuffling your older clients around to available therapists and discontinuing service with newer clients. It's not right."
