"I wish that it was a way I could give no stars. My grandmother was diagnosed with lung cancer that he informed us was stage 3. When we would take my grandmother to her appointment we would put my sister on the phone so she could hear dr. Baltz because she would better understand what he was saying better than we could because she is a Registered Nurse and she could explain to us as as family what he was saying. We would have questions and he never liked when we asked questions. It seems as if there is no hope with Dr. Baltz. My family got into an argument with Dr. Baltz because of his attitude. Here is the sad part we found another oncologist and everything that Dr. Baltz basically told us was a lie. The new oncologist informed us that the cancer was really a stage 4. If you are looking for answers to your solution DO NOT SEE DR. BALTZ!! His staff on the other hand is amazing."

"Dr Baltz is an amazing doctor. HOWEVER, since he has moved to LRDC, getting in touch with anyone at his office is not happening. The phone is never answered, it's always "leave a voice mail," and if you ever do get a call back it is 4-5 days later. I have called regarding tests he wanted me to have that I never received any information whether it was scheduled, when, etc, at least 5 times. Never got a call back. Called to try to reschedule an appointment, no call back at all. Before he changed offices his staff was GREAT. Now, it's pitiful. I don't know if he realizes what's going on or not, but this is just not HIS way of taking care of his patients."

"Dr Baltz is a good Dr. The wait time to see him is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Currently have been here 2 hours with my mom and have yet to see him. There has to be a better way to schedule appts."
