"This man is incompetent! He spent all of 10 minutes with me to do my disability rating. Wouldn’t read any of my letters from my doctor or children. Then rudely told me he had enough information to make his decision and showed me the door. He shouldn’t be allowed to have the authority he does with peoples lives!"

"Saw him for a VA Disability appointment and his professionalism leaves much to be desired. He had not bothered to review my case before I came in. He kept taking personal calls during the appointment, including with Amazon! Obviously he was not focused on me during the appointment. When I told him about two extremely traumatic events that had happened to me during my service he told me that I needed “to connect it with me getting into trouble at work.” Wow. Female service members already get treated like second class citizens, and this guy has the nerve to tell me that because I dealt with the issue privately that it didn’t matter? Finally, he was wearing socks that denoted his political party affiliation. I won’t say which, but either way I think it’s extremely unprofessional as a mental health professional to advertise your personal beliefs like that in a work setting. Do whatever you want off the job, but it instantly makes patients with opposing views uncomfortable. He saw me for a whole 18 minutes. He then threw open the door behind his desk and motioned for me to leave. Oh, but he at least thanked me for my service. Real classy."
