"Called to make an appointment for my son who had been a current patient. He had not been seen for a period of time because of his summer visitation with his father who lives in another part of the state. I was told letters were sent out, of which I never received because I most assuredly would have contacted to explain the situation. When asked if he could restablish as a patient I was told no. A phone call would have been nice to notify me of this. So now my son has to start over with a new therapist. I don't know why I didn't receive a letter they said they sent but a simple phone call could have prevented my son from getting upset losing a therapist he had built a repore with and having to start all over. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change."
