A very down to earth and caring therapist who really goes out the box to make you feel like 'she is listening to me'. "So this was my first therapy session ever. I was excited and ready to start my journey. My therapist was 15 mins late. She seemed to be in a hurry and she talked about herself for most of the session and still ended our session at the right time even though she was 15 mins late. I was also told my session would cost one thing and I was billed another. They told me they have a system that isnt correct and sometimes gives wrong quotes to patients. Once I expressed how I would like to write a review, no one responded to me. They are still trying to charge me for this session. Please dont start your therapy journey here. You will leave underwhelmed like I was. They are extremely unprofessional."
