"We absolutely love Texarkana Therapy Center! The therapists are always so sweet and accommodating with our high needs son! They are flexible and willing to learn! Our son loves going to therapy there and even when it’s a hard day the therapist finds ways to help get him engaged! I love the front desk people! They always are super helpful and even when they are still learning they are respectful and kind and keep working till everything is right! "UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2023: Kyle has been extremely easy to approach and communicate with since that incident in March occurred and continues to advance his communication skills. I am very pleased with how smoothly it is now. I was going to just delete the previous review and post a new one, but felt as though it would be more authentic if I just updated the current one and show that people can improve in their skills. Thank you for helping life flow just a little bit easier. Sometime from March 2023: I'm finally getting my son into therapy. His older brother went there as well several years ago. The problem here is with whoever was doing the scheduling. I explained that I would be in the hospital, having my third child at the last week of the month and he's trying to schedule my son WHILE I'LL BE IN THE HOSPITAL! It took 3 times to tell him that those days will not work. I'm having a scheduled c-section. I'll be in the hospital at least 2.5 days. How am I to be in two places at once? And the only other person available to take him is my boyfriend. I also need to take two trips to Texarkana when I live in Ashdown to complete ONE therapy session. I tried asking again, three times, what they had available for NEXT WEEK during Spring Break and it all got scheduled on that last week. I also didn't appreciate hearing my business being whispered to his co-worker or the annoyed grunt that came from him. I'm stressed enough as it is and trying to make sure my other two children are taken care of as well. Better communication while scheduling would be HIGHLY appreciated without it seeming like I'm being an inconvenience. I'm not trying to be complicated here."
"Update. Down 2 Stars. The billing & insurance department SUCKS. For over a year they lied and kept telling me they were in network with my insurance and they weren't. But they were resubmitting claims the whole time. Trying to use different codes to get the insurance to pay more. I finally quit going there and they sent me a bill for over $827 that showed no payments from me! I called them and they said they didn't know why that would be cause they showed payments of $601 from me and I still had a balance of $867!!! The balance went up! They'll be lucky if they see $25 a month from me."
