"She’s been my PCP for a few years now. I was really needing to see her after having my baby at the beginning of the year so I called to make an appt at the end of April. The original day that we scheduled it for, I was not able to take off so I rescheduled it for 2 days later. Mind you it’s scheduled for a month out. I get a call 2 days before my appointment stating that I need to reschedule it because she’s leaving 15 mins before my appointment. I’ve waited over a MONTH and took off and now I can’t even go to the appointment. I understand she has a life as well but I’ve already taken off and made other appointments for this day. Crazy how long time patients get treated. I will no longer be a patient here nor refer anyone here."
