"I love Dr. Jones. She actually cares about you as a patient and she listens to get an understanding. About 2yrs ago she was helping me with my menopause. I was having the worst hot flashing and mixed with me having diabetes and sleep apnea was horrible. I was waking up literally every other hr. I was drenching my clothes sometimes during the day and my clothes and bed at night. Some days I would just get dizzy and tired especially when I would be working. I would almost pass out from them. However seeing Dr Jones helped me. She worked and worked until we found a solution. I sleep better and my hot flashing is gone. And has been gone for 1yr. We still do follow-ups and testing to make sure everything is still good. I'm grateful. She and her staff is amazing. They work well together. And everyone is kind and knowledgeable."
"Unfortunately, I did not meet Dr. Jones despite the good reviews she has received. I decided to change doctors after having more than one negative encounter with her nurse. The nurse is extremely nonchalant. NO COMPASSION AT ALL!!!! The last encounter she advised that there was nothing she could do for me because she didn’t have any orders. NEWSFLASH, if you have a patient who is experiencing complications and was advised by a ER physician to follow up in 48 hours for repeat labs and assessment. YOU FOLLOW UP AND RE-ASSESS to put the big picture together. The assessment will determine the course of action. The healthcare field is built on assessment and follow up, that’s how you establish a baseline. As a registered nurse with more than 8 years of experience, you are a disgrace to healthcare. If you are burnt out on your job, go find a new one."
"I was a patient of hers for about 6-7 years and this last year I have had a horrible experience at this particular place. I went to her for extreme cramps and asked to not be put on birth control. They did an ultrasound, said everything looked fine then prescribed me birth control. Decided to give it a chance and not even two weeks of being on it I started having extreme depression and bad thoughts, which I had never experienced before. I called and talked to a nurse about it and when she called me back after speaking with the doctor they said birth control doesn’t cause that and advised that I keep taking it. I stopped taking it that day or else I would’ve needed to be hospitalized for this, and within a day I started feeling normal again. All birth controls have several side effects and depression was one for this specific one. They didn’t really listen to my concerns which made me not want to go back for any reason. Also, when I had the ultrasounds done, before I started the birth control, I had to reschedule at least once because of insurance issues. They kept telling me I owed $170 for the ultrasounds because my insurance wouldn’t cover them, but my insurance did cover them and I have the paperwork from the insurance company stating they did. I had already paid them so I called and asked for a refund since insurance already paid it and I kept getting told the office manager needed to handle it. I called more times than I can count asking and reminding them about it and it’s been over a year now and I still don’t have my refund. The whole staff needs to do better."
"I absolutely love Dr. Jones. She delivered my second daughter and did a wonderful job. She has always been kind and she listened to everything that I had a concern about. She made me feel like I was the only patient. She never seemed rushed and I've never had to wait for an extended amount of time. Although she wasn't on call she still got out of her bed at 530am to be the doctor to deliver my daughter, and that was greatly appreciated. I've recommended her to 3 people and they love her as well. Her staff are amazing too!"
"I delivered my second child with Dr. Jones and recommend her. I loved how she makes it a point to be at each of her petient's delivery even when she is not on call. Other doctors do not attend births unless they happen to be working at the hospital that day. Dr. Jones is also not one to recommend a c section for the convenience of her time. I was recommended to her by a nurse that worked with her and was happy to have such a great experience when my first birth was a nightmare. Also her office staff and nurses were always helpful. There is excellent care all around."
