"Erica is a fantastic groomer and does a great job. However there is much to learn when you’re new in business. Make sure you know all her policies before hand as she has the tendency to spring on you at the last minute and you’ll be required to pay her more. I too run a business and if we change a policy or add a new one I make sure to give a notice in advance as to not spring it on them at the time."
