"Horrible customer service. Terrible contact with customers. Services rendered were not satisfactory. We got my husky groomed, they charged for an extra service they didn’t contact me for the okay. I would’ve let it go if she actually looked good when she was picked up. It even started off with the groomer dragging my dog in the back by her leash to the point her collar came off. I should’ve taken her home then, I highly regret not doing so. To make it worse she had pooped when she was with them and it was on her fur when she had gotten picked up. Tried contacting them, they made excuses. Then told me I could come up there for a refund. I go back up there then they give me the excuse that they can’t give any refund without the salon manager there. I wasted time and money. Will never Be going back."
