"This store is disgusting. None of the testers are sanitary. I picked up a lip gloss and upon opening it to test, there was a hair wrapped around the nozzle. Disguted to say the leader. Every inch of there store need to be zoned and cleaned. On top of that, I was OVERLY guest serviced, all the girls that could have been cleaning up, were just standing around. and when I finally decided I wanted what I found, they didn’t have any in stock. "Dzao was unbelievable! I’ve never felt comfortable with the other employees but Dzao really explained the products to me very thoroughly. I didn’t feel her rush me or make me feel bad for asking a lot of questions! Thank you for helping me find the right products !"

"This store is fairly large, which is nice as it's always busy. We were last in on a busy Saturday and had some specific products in mind. We did find most of what we were looking for but, a few items were sold out and/or only available in a size we did not want. The shelves were kind of in disarray but, it was easy enough to figure out what was what. We had a few questions that were were quickly answered by a friendly associate. The check out queue was full but, the line moved quickly enough...considering. Service at check out was pleasant. Chances are pretty good we'll stop in here yet again."

"My daughter and I recently visited on a Wednesday night. There were heaps of staff and not too many customers. Staff were uniformly nice and helpful, but there were so few customers, a lot of them were just chatting to each other while waiting to help customers. Well and good, except . . . the store was kind of a mess. The trash were all overflowing; my daughter and I had to stuff used applicators in the bins which caused us to touch other people's waste at the same time. And many, many of the testers were empty or broken. I was in the market for an eyebrow pencil and literally none of the testers I was interested in had any product left in them. I also asked a staff member about an eyebrow conditioner. They had one, but the tester was empty. I left empty handed as well."

"Product is overflowing in this location. Huge space and allows you room to stay and find what you need. Staff are available and help when needed. Multiple options for every tier of product available. Clean space, staff practice keeping the space well kept. Lines move quickly and they have more than cosmetics available. I recommend this to beginners and advanced cosmetic customers."
