"It’s clear Totally Tan doesn’t care about its customers when they remove a *free* spa service from most of their salons for celebrity club members and replace it with a service that you have to pay an additional $30 for every time, while already paying $70 a month for the membership. A service that got removed from many salons without letting guests know about it! Which employees also didn’t know about….. HIGHLY disappointed in this company. I’ve been told by employees directly and other guests about their disappointments as well. What can you do to make this right for your customers? I would give zero stars if I could. If you remove a service and bring in a new one…. Then don’t up charge your customers for the new one. That isn’t customer driven business."

"They have no phone number for locations, just a corporate line that closes at 6pm, yet locations are open til 9pm, and there's no booking system on their website. If you have questions after 6pm I guess they don't care. **I went in to ask questions and look at their services, the staff was nice, but wasn't great at explaining their packages, didn't mention the activation fee, and didn't mention they don't do pro rated rates. They gave me the option to pay $130 for the next 7 days or come back on April 1st. I'm just not going to come back, a spa this is not, or they'd take appointments, but I'll give them 2 stars for showing me around."

"I LOVE Totally Tan! I just started doing spray tans not long ago and the staff have been extremely helpful and have helped me pick the right sprays and products for me. I always get great results and will continue to come back. Definitely look out for deals though, it can get spendy especially if you buy the primers and all that."

"Beautiful location with many different options of beds. However, I’m mainly giving this 5 star review because of Olyvia, who is one of the managers at this location. She provides exceptional customer service and is extremely kind. She took the time to explain all of the different services offered with my membership and showed me each room. I have dealt with some not very friendly TT employees before, so I greatly appreciate her. I choose to go to this location because my experience has been better than any other."
