"My mother took my 11 year old daughter to get a manicure. They charged $40 for a basic manicure, stated my grandma requested gel for my daughter when she did not. There was a hair stuck in the polish on her nail, they cut her nails so short and actually cut her pinky. They were also aggressive in giving her a manicure. I called to complain and they said to just have her come back in. No thank you!!!!! Let's take $40 from an innocent grandma and treat an 11 year old girl like she is unworthy of their time. Cool."

"I have been going here for years and overall had good experiences. However, my last few visits have not been good. I made two appointments for my daughter and myself to see a specific manicurist. I was shuffled off to someone else without being asked if that was okay. My daughter brought in a picture of a design she wanted on her nails and was told it could be done and then she did not get what was in the picture. I asked that my nails not be cut, and they were. It seems like they were all in a hurry to move us along. I had a similar experience during my previous visit with my daughter. Sadly, I don’t think I will be back"

"I waited 2 hours and then they said they can’t do the design. They were gonna let me go after removing my old polish, until one of them said she can do it. The only thing they did for me is remove the old color and apply a French tip. They didn’t have to file, no pedicure, just to apply a white French tip, they asked $50. I froze for a moment, I am never coming back to this place but please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"This was the best experience getting my nails done i’ve ever had. I had the sweetest lady do my nails. I wanted the pearly chrome looking nails, and she gave my exactly what i wanted. they look PERFECT. I wish i got her name because i will forever want to go her for my nails. 100/10 recommend this location."

"I’ve been in three times and have seen three different people and had a good experience each time. I’m always rushing because I’m sneaking away from my stay at home mom duties (haha) and they always accommodate by having other people chip in while I’m getting a pedicure. They can do quick work while it still being a good job and their prices are very reasonable."
