"I don’t know what has happened to this business. When my husband and I first started coming it was great and we loved it. The lady who used to run the business was awesome but now whoever is running this business is running into the ground. This morning my dogs and I stood out in the rain outside of this business for 15 minutes past my appointment time that I had made last week and confirmed by phone yesterday. There was no one at the business and no one answered the phone. I Facebook messaged them and received no return yet. On top of this, there is a terrible aunt problem outside of this building. My dog and I were bitting multiple times by aunts while standing outside waiting for someone to come to the door which never happened. I will not be returning and I no longer recommend this business."
"I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and was thoroughly pleased with the work they did as well as their professionalism with me. Very pleased with them."
"My wife and I love this place. They do a great job with our 3 dogs and the price is great as well! Super friendly people who's love for dogs shows through their work."
"First time going to The Spaw I took my dogs today May 16 dropped them off at 10:30am for a bath, nail trim, and a haircut. I did not get them back until 3pm noticed one of my dogs had a cut on her leg and she kept licking it. The cut was very red and my dog was very bothered by it I don’t know if they took a long time because of the cut. The haircut was choppy I wasn’t impressed will not be going back was not worth $125."
"I loved the job they did on bathing and cutting both my hard to cut dog's nails"
