"This place is a joke treats you like your an addict and then sues you for a $120 bill during covid when people are out of jobs. My suggestion is find a different doctor because clearly the only important thing to them is money. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I’ve had health problems for 10yrs hundreds of Drs visits, most recently at Denver Health for 3yrs. I had to drop out of a PhD program because of my health issues, so this isn’t an “oh I’m not feeling good today type of patient.” First appt, didn’t follow through with the referrals I asked for. Second appt, asks me if “I’m ready” for these appts I had clearly already asked for. No surprise, no referrals again. Had to do it on my own. Last visit I made the appt for my prescription refills walking out of my second visit to ensure my appt would be made. When I show up, they tell me my appt has been cancelled, but fit me in after a 45min wait, then the doctor only refilled one of the two prescriptions I asked for. Clearly I’ll be going elsewhere. I prefer an office with an online portal, texts, calls, and clear communication, especially when it’s face to face."

"Both my husband and myself see the DR. Very caring very interested the staff is friendly . They listen to what you tell them they do the research to make sure the medicine do not interact .they ask questions of you . So yes we like are DR n staff have recommended them to friends n family and they go as well."

"I have always had a great experience at Dr. Wood's office. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Wood is attentive and has addressed all my concerns. I don't recall ever having to wait excessively on the phone or in person. I will continue to see Dr. Wood in the future, and would recommend you see her if you have a health concern."

"The receptionist is terrible. She will leave a person standing outside her window for 5+ minutes without a word. The nurses and doctors are friendly but don't expect them to call back with any urgency on medical tests/exams. Had the same round of blood tests twice in a row which a lab in TN processed very quickly but I never heard back from a doctor either time even though I had markers for liver damage. I won't be going back."
