I was just trying to find out if they have an item in stock and I got nothing but attitude and crying about all the work they have to do, when a simple 'I dont know" would have been fine. Just seems like angry people work at the Monti location. Glad I dont live in Monti as the Buffalo Walgreens is so much kinder and is always willing to help someone, even with a frequently asked question, without blowing up on them. Good Grief!"

"They did not verify the medication I was picking up. They said it is my responsibilityto know what I am picking up. They sold me one that I had canceled days ago in the app. I paid for it sight unseen and they would not take the medication back. Would not refund me or give me store credit. I had not even left the premises."

"The pharmacy- perfect, no complain. My complain is for all of you thinking is ok go to the drive thru and wait for your prescription for 30 minutes while other people is behind you waiting. Super rude..... Must of the time are women doing this."
