"Wowza, I can’t rate anything less than perfect! Chris is a wonderful businessman who is truly invested in his business. You can tell he loves what he does and has a clear passion for the clients he grooms! Chris was able to schedule Milo’s appointment in a timely manner for us to be able to have him groomed for our vacation up North. This was the first time I brought Milo to Chris and Chris put my mind at ease by explaining his process in fine detail to instill complete confidence in him. He even explained to me if Milo were to be a complete booger, how he has tons of patience and does not rush the process to handle situations like this. Everything about this groom turned out perfect! Milo came prancing out of the back room so happy. He had the cutest teddy bear cut one could imagine. Whatever shampoo and conditioner Chris uses is to die for. Milo smelled so good and his coat felt so soft, fluffy, and conditioned. Chris framed up Milo’s face so cute, now he can see all the squirrels in our yard. Milo’s toenails are a little longer than desired and Chris managed to get them down to a manageable length safely without “quicking“ him. And…Milo’s “kerchief” was so cute with ‘lil dinos on it nice quality fabric with hemmed edges! I was ecstatic Chris listened to my concerns and how I wanted Milo to look. He did exactly as asked. I personally don’t make the next appointment in person so I can analyze and look over my dog, but I booked again right away with Chris at The Doggie Depot.
