"We took my grand fur baby and was disappointed with the customer service. As my daughter was picking her dog up, she was told that they were charging her a behavior fee, when asked why, was she aggressive and the "newer" staff said "no" she just didn't want to do anything. Ok a dog in a place that she has only been a few times and being groomed by someone she has never seen before, what did they expect????"

"Went inside and it was very small. Some animals were roaming freely but weren't causing trouble. I know a few ex-employees that told me the owner wouldn't pay them on time and refused to give them their full pay check then continuously said they would get paid but never sent all their money (paid maybe a couple hundred out of 900-1000). Supposedly payment for services is done over applications like cash app and Venmo which seems quite fishy for a business. I checked out their website and look at their services but it wanted to send me to another website which was also concerning since most of the time such things end up being related to scams. The only reason this place gets business is because of the hired groomers and they don't seem to stay for very long because of the owner not paying them. If you're going to hire someone you're better off paying them per hour so you don't pay out more wages than you can afford or want to afford."

"I had a great experience at this salon. I took my long haired Chihuahua in for a nail trim, bath, and hair cut. They are the only groomers in Fayetteville who listened to what I wanted done and actually delivered! I loved how it turned out. The owners are very friendly and I trust them with my pups"

"Highly Recommended! WE love the grooming results of our fur babies. 100% ++++++ better than Petco and or PetSmart. Flexible - easy to work with, friendly and most importantly noted our preferences such as... we are allergic to chemical, so no perfumes. Our babies smells naturally sweet without the perfumes, where as Petco and PetSmart - ALWAYS fails each time we emphasized no spritz/perfumes. We found our go to pet salon locally and again highly recommended- support local-small businesses rather chains businesses."
