"We use a lot of towing companies in our business and we gave Bob's a chance today and it was hands down one of the more crooked experiences I have ever dealt with. Charged us $120 because they had to wait for an hour for our driver to arrive to his truck so they could tow down the cargo. Without any notice they left after an hour, did not complete the work, but still were happy to charge to card we put on file with them to do the work. So now we are out their charge and had to line up a much more reputable towing company to actually do the job. I would highly recommend Peterson's towing and recovery they came through in the last minute and have earned all of our return business."
