"I have a great experience every time I come in this store. Mike the GM, and John always set me up with what I need. I've gotten the proper brakes, filters, and the special oil that I was looking for. They happened to have it, and suggested additives that were very beneficial to my car. These guys at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful."

"I have had many good experiences at the Advance Auto Parts store in Buffalo MN, but I still anticipated that my recent visit would not go well. I was returning an item that was under warranty and expected some to get some push back during the exchange. But the opposite occurred, my item was quickly tested and verified to be faulty. Unfortunately, the item was in very short supply and not available at the Buffalo store. The General Manager, Michael Wickman, was quick to find a replacement item in the multi-store inventory database. Then he immediately called that store and made sure that the item was claimed for me. Since this was a warranty exchange and there is no profit on the transaction, he could have stopped here and let it be my responsibility to go to the other store and get the item to have it quickly. But he made special arrangements to get the item brought to the Buffalo store for me. I have a suspicion that he personally drove to the other store. One of my least favorite tasks is making a trip to an auto parts store in an effort to get a vehicle back up and running. Top that with it being a second trip for the same issue, I am hard pressed to honestly say the experience was enjoyable but I will say the store went well above and beyond to make it much less miserable."

"Awesome team, had a battery that I needed change that was super corroded and they help me find the battery, and did not give up changing it when it was pretty much welded in their with corrosion, it was almost 25 degree out and still took their time to make sure not break anything, truly a life saver! thank you again to the whole team who helped me earlier today I really appreciated it!"

"Very dissatisfied because they said they have the part I need but can’t find it. They asked me to wait and I did. They couldn’t find it. So I had to use the restroom… they said they didn’t have one and couldn’t let me use it because I can’t be let back where they have inventory! Then they said it was a corporate rule… well, see if I give them any business in the future… no way!!!"

"My experience was great with this store, Emily was able to get the products that I needed and not only that she was willing to help me get the parts on my vehicle , she was vey knowledgeable, friendly ,and eager to help. I have to tell you I have not receive customer service like that in a long time. so if you want to get good advice about your parts and actually get the part I would suggest that you go and talk to these guys. The experience I had was well beyond what I expected. I will continue to shop with these guys for as long as I have a vehicle. I just want to thank you guys for a great experience and caring about my needs. Jackie Harrison"
